HANGING REQUIREMENTS

·       Artwork must be dry, suitably presented and ready to hang, with screw eyes and wire. If work is not ready to hang, there will be a $5 wiring charge. 

·       Work on paper must be glassed, fully framed and wired. 

·       No clip frames. 

·       No saw tooth hangers.

·       Canvases without frames must have “gallery wrap” edges, no staples showing.

·       Original prints must be hand-pulled, no offset or photo copies.

·       Size limited to 4 feet in either direction.

·       Weight limit is 60 lbs. for all works.

·       Sculpture must be stable, of manageable size and shape or supported by a stand.  If possible, please bring an appropriate pedestal.  Fragile or unmanageable works will not be selected.

·       All unclaimed entries will be subject to a storage fee of $5 per entry per day.  Unclaimed entries left over 90 days will become property of the Vacaville Art League & Gallery.
